Existing customers who reach a set limit via linked transactions also need to present up to date forms of identifications. For example, a photo ID and copy of utility bill or bank statements verifying the customers name and address.
For customers who want to make large transactions we also require the following documents to verify their identity a photo ID, recent utility bill, bank statement/wage slip showing their source of income, and proof of income (letter from employer verifying employment details).
This measure is to protect Mian International Ltd and customers against any fraudulent transactions.
